Sculpting and sailing on a greek island

Two sessions are organized in May and September. - May 26th to June 2nd, 2012 - September 22nd to 29th, 2012, Perfect climate during these dates for you.
Details of the program:
• Saturday: arrival at the Athens international airport, transfer and ferry cruise from Athens to the Kythnos Cyclade island, welcome drink at arrival
• Sunday to Friday: art sculpting workshop on local greek stone.
The art studio is located a few steps from sandy beach and the charming typical greek village of Loutra. At lunch time a 3 hours resting time is available either for sailing or relaxing. The sailing boat Oniros and his captain Jean-Marc will take you every day to the most wonderful places of the island for a picnic, bbq and bathing. Balneotherapy center with bathing thermal water is also available winthin walking distance.
• Saturday: ferry cruise back and transfer to the Athens international airport

Nicole Durand, famous international italian artist will be teaching you and sharing her passion for art and greek culture www.nicoledurand.net
Your french captain, Jean-Marc will guide you every day on his sailing boat Oniros, and will lead you to beautiful and unspoilt anchorages www.caponiros.fr

Cost is 975€.

- accomodation at the hotel based upon double occupancy and breakfasts
- daily picnic organized in the various moorings and beaches of the island
- stone carving workshop (6 days - 6hrs per day)
