We offer a range of great value, all-inclusive, painting and drawing courses in beautiful Marche, Italy. Our art holidays suit everyone, from the absolute beginner to the more experienced artist. With a tutor ratio of 1:4 on the painting courses and 1:6 on the drawing courses there will always be someone to encourage, instruct and suggest, whatever your level of expertise and in any medium.

Your accommodation:

Tenuta Gorgiano is a cluster of farm buildings typical of the area. The buidings date from the eighteenth century and are all stone built. Artists stay in our second farmhouse which provides three double bedrooms (one ensuite) and a little sitting room, the rooms have been restored and furnished with largely antique furniture in the rustic style. There is also a private terrace overlooking our little valley. Below is a large kitchen/diner converted from the old stables and opening onto terraces for alfresco eating. Artists have their own garden and are welcome to wander the grounds and use other facilities such as our above ground pool, little gym, or trampoline - alternatively they can relax in the sunshine with a glass of wine and a book from our art library.

About the local area:

We are located 2 km outside the medieval town of Camerino which is visible from our property. The area is marked by a sensual landscape of undulating hills bristling with little villages, churches and houses all set against the backdrop of the Sibillini mountains.
