Overview
Each day, students will learn different Provençal recipes in our kitchen situated in a typical 19th Century house (3Kms from our village and Hotel). And over 2 afternoons, we will discover the local wine appellations as well as Provencal olive oil.
The course last for 5 nights and 4 days (Sunday to Friday) with arrival on a Sunday evening when there is a dinner reception. At Hostellerie Berard we have our own kitchen garden which produces seasonal vegetables all year long. This in combination with the local suppliers and markets will offer you’re the opportunity to discover all that Provence has to offer in terms of quality fresh produce during your stay with us.
