Cycling holidays are one for all the family. Whilst a reasonable level of fitness may be required, age shouldn't be a barrier. You can choose from both guided and non-guided, although the latter doesn't necessarily mean you are on your own! Often you hotels will have been booked, luggage transport taken care of and help will be available if you need it.
