How do 'favourites' work?

Near the top of each advert (on the right), you'll see the phrase 'Add to Favourites'. Upon clicking this a link to that advert will be conveniently stored for you in the 'Your Favourites' panel in the left column. No matter where you go on the site, your favourties will always be with you. If you perform a search, you'll can also add holiday courses to your favourites panel by selecing the 'Add to Favourites' link to the right of where is says 'More Details'. And the great thing with Favourites, is that should you visit the site within 30 days of storing them (& not have emptied the cache in the browser), then they'll still be there...!

When I book, who am I dealing with?

You'll be dealing directly with the holiday company. Marsbrook plays no part in the booking process as we are purely an advertising medium for specialist holiday companies.

Once I book, is my holiday safeguarded in any way?

Typically businesses marketing themselves with us tend to be small, personal and specialist holiday providers. They don't have the same overheads as large tour companies, and as such tend not to suffer from the same problems. They may or may not be part of a travel scheme offering some form of cover - this is something you should check direct with them. In any case, Marsbrook recommends you take out sufficient travel / holiday insurance to cover you for all eventualities.

Can I get a price in my local currency?

The easiest way is simply to use an online currency converter.

I haven't had a reply to my enquiry?

The best thing to do is to call the company concerned  -  you'll find their phone number detailed on the advert.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

On all pages you'll see a 'Join our Newsletter' panel in the left column. Simply enter your name, email address, and the displayed security code (to help stop spam) and you'll automatically be added to the list.

How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?

At the bottom of all our newsletters, you'll see a link to unsubscribe through. Simply follow that link, and your details will be removed from the database within 24 hours.

If I want to advertise, how can I pay you?

Payment may be made in a variety of ways. Most people wish to pay by credit card and we accept all major card types. These are processed via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to do this) or via MoneyBookers through which we can accept all major credit cards and many UK debit cards.. If you do have a PayPal account, then you an also pay by PayPal funds transfer if you'd prefer. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer, or if you have a bank account with a French domiciled bank, you can pay by French cheque.

I want to add my holidays, but you don't currently list the type I offer  -  can you help?

Absolutely. Just send us a quick note and we'll add the appropriate new category as necessary.

Can I advertise more than one holiday / course type on the site?

You advertise as many as you need. You'll find different subscription plans to suit all situations.

Can I link to you from my web site?

Absolutely! We'd love you to link to us. Please refer to the 'Link to us' area to find suitable graphics and the associated code.
