§ Day 1 Sunday - arrivals to Alberese, check in at La Pulledraia in the Park of Uccellina, presentation briefing, motorbikes check, dinner.
§ Day 2 Monday - By bike from Alberese to Campiglia Marittima, via Castiglione, Follonica, Riotorto, Cafaggio. Visit of Campiglia Marittima and lunch at renowned restaurant. - By bike from Campiglia to Strove, via Monterotondo, Montieri, Palazzetto, Sovicille, Marmoraia, Monteriggioni. Visit of the ruins of San Galgano Abbey, visit of Monteriggioni castle, dinner and night at hotel in Strove.
§ Day 3 Tuesday - By bike from Strove to Siena and back. Guided visit of Siena, lunch at Enoteca Italiana, free time for shopping, dinner and night in Strove.
§ Day 4 Wednesday - By bike from Strove to Bagni San Filippo, via Monteroni, Buonconvento, Montalcino. Lunch at the enoteca of Montalcino castle, thermal bath at hot spa, dinner and night at Hotel Terme San Filippo.
§ Day 5 Thursday - By bike from Bagni San Filippo to Sovana via Abbadia San Salvatore (Monte Amiata), Sorano, Pitigliano. Vist and lunch in Sovana, visit of Pitigliano, visit of Sorano hamlet, dinner and night at Hotel Scilla.
§ Day 6 Friday - By bike from Sovana to Alberese, via Manciano, Capalbio, Chiarone Scalo, Monte Argentario (strada della costa dell'Argentario), Santo Stefano. Lunch at porto Santo Stefano, dinner and night at La Pulledraia in the Park of Uccellina.
§ Day 7 Saturday
- Departures, optional guided tour and lunch in Pisa.

The Maremma is a vast area in Italy bordering the Tyrrhenian Sea, consisting of part of south-western Tuscany and part of northern Lazio. It was traditionally populated by the Butteri, cattle-breeders who until recently used horses with a distinctive style of saddle. Once unhealthy because of its many marshes, the Maremma was drained during the fascist regime and re-populated with people coming from other Italian regions.
Endowed with significant natural and environmental resources, the Maremma is today one of the best tourist destinations in Italy, a region where ancient traditions have survived and Tuscan culture is preserved.
Alberese can be considered the heart of the Maremma, within the National Park of Uccellina.
