Montmartre... the very name conjures up images of penniless artists and steep winding streets, weather-beaten windmills and timeless cafes, and... they are still there!

Highlights:: Historic Art Nouveau metro, cabarets, historic windmills, artists' studios, cobbled streets, vineyards, Sacre Coeur, characteristic cafes.

>> LATIN QUARTER CURIOS
From humble church to towering cathedral, Notre-Dame is the world-famous jewel in the crown of the Ile de la Cité, the original Paris before the city outgrew its island boundaries. But this whole area is steeped in history and secrets just waiting to be discovered.

Highlights: Notre Dame, street entertainers, Ile de la Cite, Shakespere & Co , bridges, river scenes, narrow streets.

>> PALAIS ROYAL HUMBLE
Photographically speaking, it is hard to beat this tour for the sheer volume of superb images just waiting to be captured by the inventive eye and able hand. Historically speaking, you can't really get any more historic than the Palais Royal and the Musée du Louvre!

Highlights: Buren columns, Palais Royal gardens & sculptures, square-tree-lined avenues, Louvre pyramids, Maillol sculptures, Galeries Vivienne and Colbert, Place de la Concorde.
