- Your booking is direct with the advertiser,
not with Marsbrook, therefore any complaints should be addressed
directly with the advertiser. In the unlikely event of any
dispute, Marsbrook, if invited by either party, will act
as a mediator, if required, but can only act in the capacity
of aiming to gain a mutually satisfactory outcome.
- Marsbrook cannot be held responsible for
any contract made between the advertiser and their clients.
2. Provision
of Service
- Marsbrook does not warrant that the operation
of any Marsbrook.com site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- In no event shall Marsbrook be liable
to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental
or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused,
on any theory of liability, including but not limited to
product liability.
- Confirmation of information published
on the site is the responsibility of the renting party
