Personal walking holidays in SW France
Location: Montcabrier, Lot, France
Holiday / Activity Overview:
Our walking holidays are designed to meet your individual requirements, offering you a personal and flexible service.
Atelier de la Rose is situated in a medieval hilltop village. Our single-center holidays give you time to get to know the Lot Valley and discover the region's castles, woodland and vineyards. This part of the Lot is a walker's paradise with ever-changing landscapes, whichever direction you decide to walk.
We offer 4-day (3 night) and 7-day (6 night) programs, but these can be extended.
Independent walkers are also welcome, simply booking our bed and breakfast accommodation. They can use our walker's taxi service (we will drop you off at your chosen starting point and collect you to bring you back at the end of your walk).
Guide / Holiday Course Tutor
Sally Gaucheron established Atelier de la Rose in 1991. She lives here year round and walks during all seasons. Sally's aim is to provide walks that take you through space and time, to help you explore both the natural and historical wealth of this part of France.
