Country cooking courses - The minimum length of the courses is 1 or 2 days.
During the lessons you will learn how to preserve seasonal products or how to make “pasta” or the other “cresce” according to the different recurrences throughout the year.

Guided tours - We also offer guided tours into the country in search of its seasonal delights be it mushrooms, asparagus or wild vegetables.

Take a walk with us in the woods looking for truffles with expert truffle hunters and specially trained dogs, sharing with them the exciting moment when they find the precious tubers, with their strong and unmistakable flavours straight from the soil.

For those wanting to find accommodation and perhaps do a longer course with us, we can help you to arrange somewhere to stay locally to suit your tastes. We personally visit all the accommodation that we use - just tell us your preferences, whether you want to be in a town or rural location, what services you require - for example a pool on-site, or within walking distance of restaurants and we can recommend something suitable.

We are so lucky as we live in a area rich in culture and traditions, to give an example Urbino is the cradle of the Renaissance culture, and we can reach both the Adriatic sea or the Apennine mountains in one day only. The region is beautiful at all times of the year, but we can especially recommend spring and autumn which combines good weather together with great produce to be found growing locally.

We are at about 12 km far from Urbino, 45 km far from Fano (A14 motorway) and about 80 km far from Falconara (Ancona) Airport.
Fermignano is easily reachable either from Pesaro or Fano. The quickest road to get to Fermignano is the Fano-Grosseto freeway always following Urbino direction.
