Holiday / Activity Overview:

Our Week away includes daily (monday-Friday) Pilates classes (90 minutes), a daily walk (60 minutes) followed by an evening stretch. An organic cotton bag is also included within the price of your week along with the small Pilates equipment/mat you will need. In addition your week also includes a 1 hour massage with Kali, a therapist of almost 20 years experience. Our weeks are designed to combine the energy of this calm environment with daily Pilates practice, leaving you feeling more confident in your bodys potential, both stronger and more flexible as well as giving you a greater understanding of the Pilates repetoire no matter what level you start from. Classes will be tailored around the experience of the participants. This week is about leaving you feeling rested and re energised.

Suzy and Mo run Seraphina Pilates, Suzy has 20 years of Pilates experience and 10 years teaching (Body Control Pilates), the philosophy behind our work is to always help people achieve the best they can, using Pilates and a background in movement to help people develop a more positive relationship with their own bodies. 'Set on a stunning location at the centre of the Polis Bay, right on a very long stretch of sandy beach and surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean orchards and gardens, the family-run Natura Beach Hotel and Villas is a truly unique holiday retreat. Figuring prominently over the horizon just a few kilometres away is the renowned Akamas nature reserve, a beautiful peninsula with several walking trails and an impressive coastline. The immediate surrounding area has its own natural interest and during the summer months guests will notice numerous turtle nests along the beach which are monitored and protected by a local conservation centre. Relaxing by the pool or basking in the sun on the spacious lawn will be hard to resist. But a walk along the endless beach or a mountain bike ride through the surrounding countryside is also recommended. Away from the noise of traffic and the activity of the town, while at the same time being only a 20-minute walk from the tavernas and coffee-shops of the Polis centre, the Natura Beach guarantees a peaceful and relaxing holiday close to nature. We are confident that by the time our guests are on their way back home, they will have already decided to do what the swallows do: come back next year!
